Jail firm’s legacy: ‘Account frozen’ 0

Posted on October 14, 2009 by Sharon

The con man who called himself Captain Michael Hilton has left behind a string of victims in both California and Montana. The latest is a B&B owner in Hardin, who doesn’t seem to mind being swindled:

Meet Marcianna Smith.

She is the owner of the Kendrick House Inn at 206 N. Custer Ave. in Hardin, a bed-and-breakfast where Michael Hilton and several other people associated with American Police Force stayed in late September.

Smith said a check Hilton wrote to her for “about $1,000″ has bounced. It came back with “account frozen” stamped on it, she said Tuesday. In addition to staying at the B&B, Hilton invited a lot of people to breakfast and put the bill on his tab.

Even so, Smith finds it hard to be angry with Hilton.

via Jail firm’s legacy: ‘Account frozen’.

A thousand dollars is a big chunk of change. Perhaps, as time passes, Marcianna may find herself thinking less about cat-kissing and more about catastrophes. Her willingness to forgive is laudable, but her fond recollections of ‘Hilton’ reveal the con artist’s greatest weapon: Charm. Oodles and oodles of charm.

Did Jackson see himself as ‘the Light of the World’? 1

Did Michael Jackson see himself as a Christ figure?

The big news coming out of music business today is the speed bump hit by Michael Jackson’s estate over the rights to a song called “This is It”. The supposedly new, unpublished tune was released by the estate yesterday as part of a package of unheard music discovered in Jackson’s personal inventory.

Ordinarily, I wouldn’t take the time to write about something like this, but Jackson’s interpretation of the lyrics have me wondering what sort of mental processes were taking place at the time of the recording. Here’s the scoop. The Jackson estate released the ‘new’ song (complete with background vocals by the Jackson brothers) yesterday. Almost immediately, Paul Anka contacted the estate complaining that he had co-written and co-produced the song (called “I Never Heard”) back in 1983. For some reason, at that time, the song never made it into any of MJ’s albums, so Anka chose to hand it over to another singer, Safire, in 1990. To their credit, the Jackson estate quickly settled, offering Anka 50% of all rights and profits.

You can listen to both songs and compare them. They are clearly the same song, but Jackson alters the lyrics just a bit from Safire.

Jackson‘s Version:

This is it. Here I stand.

I’m the light of the world, I feel grand.

Safire’s Version:

This is it. Here I stand–in the light of the world. Love is grand.

Note that Jackson sings “I’m the light of the world”, while Safire sings “in the light of the world”. Big difference. And it’s not just the way I ‘hear’ the lyrics. Try Googling the lyrics for either title and see the lyric difference for yourself.

So, did Michael consider himself the Light of the World? In John 9″5, Jesus says that title belongs to Him: “While I am in the world, I am the Light of the world.”

And again, in John 8:12 — When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

So, which lyric did Anka contribute to?

LCROSS, John Lennon, and the Reality Bomb 1

Davros assembles 27 planets into 'The Reality Bomb' machine.

Step into my brain for a moment, and today you’ll find the number 27.

I’ve been wondering about the number for days now. 27. Why 27 nations in the EU? Why 27 planets in Dr. Who’s ‘Journey’s End’? Why Mark David Chaptman’s need to write a 27th chapter in Catcher in the Rye?

Numbers have meaning in the occult underbelly of the world. Sacred geometry, metaphysics, numbers, numbers, numbers. Number 6 in The Prisoner longs to determine the identity of Number 1. No names. Just numbers.

Of all the numbers, 27 is a major player.

According to Robert Rosen, author of Nowhere Man, Mark David Chapman believed he could cross over into the world of Holden Caulfield by writing the ’27th Chapter’ to the infamous J.D. Salinger book Catcher in the Rye. How would he write it? In John Lennon’s blood.

Lennon had a lifelong fascination with himself and with numbers. He centered on the singular expression of ‘nine’ (curious if you consider The Nine discussed by Peter Levenda Book One of his series, Sinister Forces). Lennon’s birthday is October 9 (this Friday), the very same day that NASA plans to ‘bomb’ the moon with the LCROSS probe.

As we approach this explosive, almost seminal moment in space exploration, another, more political explosion has happened in Ireland. The stubborn Irish have turned completely around and ratified the Lisbon Treaty. In effect, the same patriots who fought for decades to achieve freedom from outside rule have voted themselves into oblivion. The Lisbon Treaty is the defacto constitution for a unified, far more powerful European Union. And the 27 state entity will now rise up like the ghost of Rome–iron mixed with clay.

But why 27? John Lennon would say it’s the nines. Nine times three. Three cubed. 3-3-3; an occult ‘shorthand’ version of 6-6-6. But where does Dr. Who fit in? Read the rest of this entry →

‘Demons’ Greb and Blurk in Somehow Satan Got Behind Me

By SHARON K. GILBERT
May 2, 2009

“HAS THE WORLD GONE MAD?” That’s the question asked by one of four demons in one of my favorite Millennium episodes called Somehow Satan Got Behind Me. The demons, while enjoying coffee and pastries at The Donut Hole, had been discussing sightings of a mysterious man who appeared to see through their human disguises and into their ‘true essence’.

Though the episode is primarily played for laughs, there are many uncomfortable truths tucked between the lines. Human fears, boredom, conformity and peer pressures, loneliness, desire for power, and perceived mundane nature of daily life are all examined and used by these demons to ‘gut their souls’. While their appearance is comical, their purposes are not. Read the rest of this entry →

We believe that the only sure foundation for sustainable globalisation and rising prosperity for all is an open world economy based on market principles, effective regulation, and strong global institutions.
–G20 Communique

THE WORLD’s major economies met this week, and they have constructed a final report, a communique, which outlines the next steps in realizing an emerging New World Order.

Let’s examine these steps, shall we?

Item 3 begins with, “We start from the belief that prosperity is indivisible; that growth, to be sustained, has to be shared…” The first thing that struck me about this sentence is the choice of the word ‘indivisble’. Most Americans will instantly connect this phrase to one included in our own Pledge of Allegiance: “…one nation, indivisible…” Now, we are told that the entire world is ‘indivisible’ — that we have already become a world ‘nation’. Note, also the second half of this sentence, which directly relates to interdependence and world citizenship. Read the rest of this entry →
