Nurses in the Kaiser Permanente hospital chain have decided to strike until their demands for Ebola training are met. Who can blame these brave women and men? So far, the training and equipment provided has been confusing if not entirely missing, so let’s make sure our frontline healthcare workers are well trained and well protected!
Some 18,000 nurses in Northern California are planning a two-day strike starting Nov. 11, partly over equipment and training standards for the Ebola virus.
